

The Weston Philharmonic Society, founded in 1997, is the pre-eminent arts and cultural organization in Weston. The Society is a volunteer group that is dedicated to enriching our community through arts and culture. As part of the commitment to our charitable mission, 100% of all funds raised are used to support efforts to bring music education programs to Weston schools and diverse musical experiences and projects to our members and the community at large.

The Weston Philharmonic Societywill present a performance by the Czech Moravian Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra of Prague, featuring Milan Kraus, Artistic Leader with Maestro James Brooks Bruzzese, of the Symphony of the Americas as Guest Conductor.The Czech Moravian Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra is comprised of distinguished musicians from the renowned Czech and Moravian music conservatories. Many are winners and laureates of notable music competitions. This prestigious orchestra performs both in the Czech Republic and around the world. The concert brings to the South Florida audience a diverse and well selected repertoire from Europe and the Americas.
Tickets for the performance are $15 for members, $20 for non members. The concert is free for students under 18. Tickets can be purchased in advance at The Community Bank of Broward, 1504 Weston Road, or at the door the evening of the concert. For more concert information call 954-816-8598
