Welcome to the 2008-2009 season of the Weston Philharmonic Society! As the Weston Philharmonic Society embarks on its second decade, we look forward to continuing the exceptional programs that help make Weston a great place to live.

A key component of our mission is to enhance the exposure of our children to fine music. To this end, we have developed the In Schools Music Program, in which we bring four professional musical performances to each of the Weston elementary schools every year. The performances introduce students to the instruments in an orchestra and demonstrate the many beautiful ways to use music expressively. Finally, the Weston Philharmonic Society has provided student scholarships and made donations such as instruments, music and other musical equipment to benefit the music departments of all Weston schools. One of our primary goals in the coming season is to continue to further the cultural development of our youth.
